The Crucible is a separate assessor-led experience available only to participants who have successfully completed the 84-Day Journey and received their official FNF Phase 1 Certificate of Completion.

Send the completed Crucible Application Form together with your certificate.
Applications without the certificate are not enrolled. Phase 2 pricing varies according to the selected format, venue, accommodation, meals, equipment and event requirements. FNF confirms the final cost before payment.

The Crucible is not a fitness competition. Safe scaling is allowed. Candidates must complete compulsory blocks, remain coachable and meet the published readiness standard.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
From application to your Crucible certificate.
Do not make a Crucible payment until FNF has reviewed your application and sent written acceptance.

Qualify: finish Phase 1, submit the final evidence package and receive your official 84-Day Certificate of Completion.

Prepare: download the Candidate Guide and Application Form. Complete the readiness, emergency-contact, consent and format sections.

Apply: email the completed application and your Phase 1 certificate to FNF. No password is required. FNF will contact you personally about readiness, format, dates and payment.

Wait for acceptance: FNF reviews eligibility and readiness, then sends your status, confirmed price, private Payhip checkout link and preparation requirements.

Pay after acceptance: dates are confirmed when enough eligible candidates are available. Use only the private event-specific checkout. Payhip emails your receipt and proof of payment, and the transaction is recorded in FNF's private payment register.

Complete the Crucible: attend all compulsory spiritual, mental, physical, leadership, service, Q&A and After-Action Review blocks.

Receive the outcome: FNF records Ready for Coach Development, Remediation Required, or Not Ready at This Time.

Receive and upload your certificate: FNF records a successful outcome and issues your personalised Crucible Completion Certificate. Upload that certificate to your tracker; the website checks the PDF and FNF verifies it before the next stage is unlocked.

Continue the pathway: enrol in Coaching / Leadership after approval. Private Risen Sons access activates when the required Crucible approval and Coaching payment are verified; no separate Brotherhood purchase is required.

Assessment transparency: candidates may download the printable evaluation checklist before the event to understand the compulsory blocks, six assessment domains and successful-outcome standard. The official decision is completed and signed by the appointed FNF assessor.
Scheduling, payment and certification: Crucible dates will be provided as soon as enough eligible candidates are available. Because the cost is a once-off amount that varies, there is no public Crucible payment button. Approved candidates receive the correct private checkout link. A successful recorded outcome qualifies for the Crucible certificate and access to the next stage. The certificate does not grant commercial coach authorisation.
